  First time that I have used a unit managed by you. I found your team friendly and effective right from the booking, check in and leaving. Exceptionally well managed.
  
  The unit was well prepared. While it may have appeared not clean on arrival it was evident on being there for several days that the unit was a clean as it could look when we arrived but just that the unit was well worn and generally shabby that made it look not clean.
  
  I will recommend your company to friends and will use you as a search tool for future rentals.

  Our vacation has been "AWESOME" from the moment we walked through your red door to the day we "sadly" had to leave! We truly felt like we were home! We appreciate how the house was clean and was stocked with all that we needed! Your beach house is beautiful inside and out! We loved our walks, coffee on the deck watching the waves and spending time with family! Thank you thank you and we look forward to our next vacation here at your beautiful beach house!
