  RUDE EMPLOYEE! This review is about a young, bearded man on duty June 17th, 2015 about 2:00PM. I'll call him Richard Cranium. Rude service. Unwilling to look up my records on his computer, just yelled at me that he didn't have the HEPA filter I needed (there was one on the F-ing shelf!) Update June 18: Manager "Mike" called me to inquire about this which I thought was cool. When I told him about my experience, he seemed more concerned with this 1 star review than making the problem right. If he had attempted to make this right, I would have improved my review to 4-5 stars. He didn't offer me the part I needed nor did he apologize. I wanted to support my local businesses, but instead I'd rather buy what I need online.
